What is your return policy ?

Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 5 days of any shipping errors, shortages, defects, or other problems. All breakage must be reported within 72 hours. Any damaged merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost.

All items must be in the original packaging, clean, and in resalable condition. Refunds for ANY returned items will not be given in cash. A credit will be applied to your account or exchanged for other merchandise less a 15% restocking fee.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number from customer service before sending any goods back to us or the shipment will be returned to you at your expense. Mark the outside of the box with the valid RA# and enclose a copy of your invoice. All porcelain items that are custom made have a 25% restocking fee. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Understand that many of the items we sell are made to order. Most orders are made and ship within 3 days. During the holidays, some orders ay take up to 2 weeks. If you need them faster, or want to be certain of a shipments departure date, please call or email us.

How is your shipping calculated?

When your order is placed, an estimated rate for shipping is authorized to your credit card based on historical data we have. Once your order is ready to ship, the actual weight and dimensions are entered into our UPS system and your order is charged once we have the actual rates from UPS. This is to ensure you are getting the best rate and also protects us from not charging enough to cover our costs.

What is your privacy policy?

Porcelain by Rosalinde is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your credit card information is secure; it is not stored online and your personal information will not be shared with another company. Information collected from our website is anonymous. Your account information is contained in private files and we will not sell or release your email address to any other parties. We occasionally communicate with our customers via email to inform them of specials, discounts or new products.
